WASHINGTON (Reuters) – a leading American diplomat told the Congress investigators that the personal lawyer of President Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani has conducted a “full-lying” campaign against the United States ambassador in Ukraine before she was called from her article , according to a transcript of his release testimony on Thursday.
